Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms under which we deliver work — that is a separate signed agreement, and where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.

1. About these terms
This website at sagewaretech.in is operated by Sageware Technology (“Sageware”, “we”, “us”). By browsing it or sending us an enquiry through it, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
These terms apply to the website itself. They do not create a client relationship and they are not a proposal.
2. Relationship to client agreements
Nothing on this website varies, replaces or adds to any master services agreement, statement of work, purchase order or non-disclosure agreement signed between Sageware and a client. Where anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement governs the work and these terms govern only the website.
3. Using this website
You may read, browse and share this site freely. You may not:
- use it for any unlawful purpose, or in breach of these terms;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting infrastructure or any connected system;
- introduce malicious code, or interfere with the availability or integrity of the site;
- scrape, harvest or systematically extract content for the purpose of republishing it or training a commercial dataset;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us through the site.
4. Our content and intellectual property
The text, design, layout, diagrams, illustrations, code and other material on this site belong to Sageware or are used with permission, and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may view this material, and quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, adapt or use it commercially, or present it as your own work, without our written permission.
5. Case studies, figures and results
Our case studies describe work we have delivered. Where a client has not agreed to be named, we describe them by sector and scale instead, and we withhold details that would identify them. Screens and diagrams shown alongside a case study are illustrative representations of the systems described; they do not contain real client data.
Any figures we publish — throughput, processing times, defect counts, efficiency gains — relate to the specific engagement described, under that client's conditions. They are a record of what happened there, not a forecast, a benchmark or a promise of what will happen for you. Outcomes depend on your systems, data and circumstances.
6. Third-party names and trademarks
This site refers to third-party products and platforms — including Sage X3 and Sage 300, Microsoft, Azure and Microsoft Foundry, Oracle, AWS, Apache Kafka, Spring and others. Those names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used here only to describe the technologies we work with.
Sageware Technology is an independent consultancy. Unless we state a partnership or certification explicitly and by name, no reference on this site should be read as claiming affiliation with, endorsement by, sponsorship by, or partner or reseller status with any of those companies. Our name is not connected with, and should not be confused with, any similarly named product or vendor.
7. No professional advice and no offer
The content here is published for general information about our capabilities. It is not technical, financial, accounting, tax, legal or regulatory advice, and it should not be relied on in place of advice given for your own situation. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance, or a commitment to provide services on any particular terms, scope, timeline or price.
8. Enquiries you send us
When you submit an enquiry or booking request, please send only what is needed to start a conversation. Unless we have already signed a non-disclosure agreement with you, information sent through this website is not treated as confidential, and we cannot accept an obligation of confidence over it. Do not send credentials, personal data about third parties, or commercially sensitive material through these forms.
If you would like to share something confidential, tell us and we will put an NDA in place first. How we handle the information you do send is described in our privacy notice.
9. Availability and accuracy
We aim to keep this site available and current, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of anything harmful. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, at any time, without notice.
Content is accurate to the best of our knowledge on the date of publication. Services, technologies and the details of past work change over time, and we are not obliged to keep every page updated.
10. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third-party website, we do so for convenience. We have no control over those sites, we do not endorse their content, and we are not responsible for anything you find there or any dealings you have with them.
11. Disclaimer of warranties
This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and representations, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sageware will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, arising out of or in connection with your use of this website — whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised such loss was possible.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Sageware against any claim, loss, liability or reasonable cost arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of this website, or your infringement of the rights of any third party through your use of it.
14. Changes to these terms
We may revise these terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when published on this page, and the date at the top will change. Please check back occasionally — continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
15. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this website, are governed by the laws of India.
If a dispute arises, we ask that you contact us first so we can try to resolve it directly. Failing that, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India will have exclusive jurisdiction.
16. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force. A delay or failure by us to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with our privacy notice, are the entire agreement between you and us in relation to your use of this website.
17. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to clients@sagewaretech.in, or to the office address on our contact page.
